Bernie and Renee Anderson – Ulaanbaatar

Please pray…

1. That all four of us would maintain a passionate and consistent walk with Jesus
2. For traveling mercies as we travel back to the US in May/June to see Jonathan’s graduation from Bible School and for some vacation time. Bernie will also be speaking in several churches on the weekends.
3. For Cori and Jonathan this summer as they will both come back to Mongolia for several months. Pray for God’s direction in their lives as seek His will for them.
4. For our team members who will be transitioning to the US on home assignment. Pray for good and graceful transitions both on and off the field.
5. For youth/student ministry through the summer as we seek to continue ministry through the summer months and pray and plan for next September. Pray for ongoing activities like “Camera Club” and “Open Mic Night” at UBean. Please also pray for the “Grain of Wheat Film Festival” as we make plans for this event, as well.
6. For the church in Zamyn Uud. We praise God that a significant amount of money has already come in for the building project there. We continue to pray for his provision for this little church.
7. For all of the churches in UB as those on the UB Team not going on home assignment seek to assist and encourage them.

Jeremy and Renee Bergevin – Darhan

1. Pray for the Beauty Project service team as they hope to reconnect with many English students in Darhan for the graduation (xonxnbi bayar) events.
2. Pray for the leadership of the project center while we are in the States, particularly for Dawaa and his wife Bayanaa.
3. Continue to pray for the Baruun Haraa fellowship for fruit in that town and for blessing on the new families attending. For strength, wisdom,and joy for those in leadership.
4. Please pray for the safe delivery of baby Bergevin.

Alison Dench – Darhan

I’ve been experiencing more frequent migraine headaches, but have found a guy in Darhan who can do some chiropractic adjustments. I’ve been to him twice and will probably continue for a little while to see if it helps. Please pray with me for God’s protection and healing.

Pray for strength to STAND against the schemes of the enemy to cause division when we are fighting for unity as a family!
3. Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. Please pray for guidance and direction for what is best for our family as we adjust.
4. Spirit of Adoption. Pray for Peace and Hope to overflow in all circumstances. Continue to pray for families in the midst of the adoption process and other families who recently brought their children home. Our hearts are very heavy for one specific family and praying for direction on how to best express the love of Christ in this situation.
5. Spirit of Encouragement. Pray for opportunities to speak at local churches this month and encourage the body and share testimony to glorify His name.
6. Spirit of Perseverance during our Last month of school! Continue to pray for wisdom and scheduling logistics as we wrap up homeschooling at the end of the month. Pray for wisdom as we teach Acacia and discern her educational needs.
7. Spirit of Praise. Pray for continued praise on our lips and focus on Him during the stresses of adjustments and lots of traveling.

1. Please pray for 16th School and Ms. Ariuna and Ms.Baaska. They are asked to vacant the building by the end of May. 16th School/House church is the most successful CAMA schools and have more than 45 children registered. Please pray that God will provide a place for their school/House church.
2. Please pray for Leeward Community Church, Hawaii who is coming in June for the Children’s Vacation Bible School. They will be reaching more than 150 Mongolian children in 5 CAMA Schools. Please pray for the planning, safe journey and health.
3. Please pray for Amaglan CAMA School as they plan to build a small classroom to house the school and house church. Ms. Deegi’s husband is a builder and he is willing to give up the entire month of August to build the school. Please pray that God will provide everything they need.
4. Would you pray for the wisdom, guidance, patience and peace as we prepare to leave for the Home Assignment?

Brent and Lisa Liberda – Home Assignment

We praise God for the wonderful support we have received and connections we have been able to make visiting partner churches in the past weeks.

1. Pray for the kids as they finish school and prepare for good-byes with friends they have made that will not see again for a long time.
2. Pray for us as we begin transitioning from home assignment here in the States back to Mongolia at the end of June, and all the preparations that this will involve.
3. Pray for us as we continue to travel, visiting and doing missions conferences in several more partner churches in the weeks to come.

1. Praise the Lord for a good completion of our English classes for this spring semester, January to April. We finished the semester with an all class party on April 20 where we handed out certificates to many students for participation in classes. Praise the Lord for relationships that have developed. Pray that God will continue to be at work in hearts and lives.
2. Pray for the preparations and planning for all the summer ministries and short term teams that will be coming to Mongolia.
3. Pray for the preparations for all those leaving on Home Assignments and those preparing to return to Mongolia. Also pray for all the transitions that will be made as ministries and responsibilities are turned over to others.
4. Pray for Dennis as he leads the Field Leadership Team meetings on May 28 and 29. Pray for wisdom in the many decisions that need to be made.
5. Pray for Dennis as he teaches at the Church Leadership training on May 24 and 25 with our Mongolian church leaders.
6. Pray for Zolo and Dawaa, Mongolian church leaders. They will be going to the Alliance World Fellowship quadrenniel conference in Toronto Canada May 15–19. Pray that their visas will be granted for travel to Canada.

• For the nurse, Miss An-Tram Nguyen, who came to work with us for 2 week last month. We are blessed by her cheerful manner and her faithful service.

Prayer Request

• The Taiwan Dental Team with 7 members will be working with us from May 19–26, pray that their Temporary Licenses will be approved and their visas will be granted at the the right time. Many delays occured due to changes of the law. Pray for the dental clinics to be held at: Darhan (at CAMA Clinic, 2 prisons), Enkhtal, Barung Buren and Yeroo
• Pray for the 65 prisoners who do not have family to care for them. We wanted to show them God’s love through a CAMA care package that includes personal hygiene items and clothings, to be delivered to them on May 15.

2. Would you pray that all CAMA School teachers grow stronger in their walk with our Lord? Would you pray that God will grant each of them creativity, health, good management skills and teachable hearts?
3. Would you pray for our house church leaders and their families? Would you pray for their healthy, safety, deeper understanding of the Word and a joyful heart.
4. We are exploring a new opportunity to open the CAMA School in Hinti Aimag (Bor Undruu sum). Would you pray for the wisdom, discernment, safe travel from and to the town and financial supports?

1. Pray that our classroom would be filled with His Joy! That He would order my thoughts as I plan lessons and give me fun ways to teach the kids.

1. For the opportunity to share the Gospel with the family of the Mrs. Tsensuren, the stroke patients in Enkhtal. Four families members accepts the Good News. Mrs. Tsensuren is making progress in recovery.

2. Thirteen persons accepted Christ in the evangelistic meeting after mobile clinic in a small house in Yeroo. Please pray for the task of nurturing the faith of these new believers.

1. Miss An-Tram Nguyen, RN from California will be working with us for 2 weeks. Pray that this will be a good short term mission experience for her.

2. Pray quick approval of the application for temporary dental licenses for five dentists who will come to work with CAMA Mongolia Health Project in May.

3. New business connections with different business owners through UBean Coffeehouse. Praise God for His provision and for the amazing staff at the Grain of Wheat Center.

Please pray for safety for the construction workers and all of us working in the building, for the adjustments that need to be made as we move all 2nd floor offices to the 1st floor during the construction work, and for the necessary funding to pay for the work.

1. The 5th CAMA Educational Center was opened two months ago with 40 children registered
   and a house church is going strong. Please pray for teachers’ health and safety.
2. Sadly, we decided to close Zon Ail School. Please pray for both teachers as we plan a school/
   house church site elsewhere.
3. Amaglan School has been in operation for over a year. They plan to build a permanent
   building this summer. Ms. Deegi’s husband is a builder and he has promised to dedicate the
   entire month of August to build the school. Please pray for appropriate fund to be raised.
4. We are planning to open two schools/house church in country side, one in Tuub Airmak (about
   1 hour from Ulaanbaatar) and one in Arihangai Ulzit Sum (6 hours from Ulaanbaatar) at the end
   of March. Please pray for all the planning to go smoothly.
5. In June, a team from Leeward Community Church in Hawaii is coming to serve with the
   Vacation Bible School. This will be their third trip to Mongolia. Please pray for the planning and
   for God’s Grace every step of the way.

Brent and Lisa Liberda – Home Assignment

• Pray for Lisa and the kids as Brent is away for the month of March on tour in the South Pacific
  District.
• Pray that Brent would have safe travel on tour and fruitful ministries in the churches.

new class starting in two weeks with the possibility of an additional 6-8 students joining the
Ulaanbaatar Learning Circle. He will be going to Zamin Uud next weekend with Zoloo for
training with the church leaders there.

5. For Jonathan and Cori in the process of going through the last half of their perspective school

WI. Students ages 14 and up were a part of the intensive 1 week camp.
2. Our new semester of English classes began on January 24. Praise the Lord for the new
students that we have in our classes. Pray for intentional relationships.
3. Pray for Dennis as he leads the Field Leadership Meetings during the last week of February.
Pray for wisdom and discernment in the many decisions that need to be made.
4. There are many challenges working here. Pray for favor with the government as we work
through taxation and immigration issues.
5. Pray for good health. The pollution in Ulaanbaatar caused by the coal smoke during the cold
winter is very bad. Many have respiratory problems.

believers on Jan 28. Please remember to pray for: Mrs. Hohoton, Mr. Boldbayr and his
wife Oyuntsetseg, Mrs. Bayrtsetseg, Munkhtsetseg, and SobErdene.
• Praise God for 5 persons who pray to accept Christ in Enkhtal after clinic visit Jan 20.
Another 11 persons accepted Christ in Barung Buren on Jan 27. Both groups have started
to study Abundant Life course.
• Praise God for the prison ministry last month. Our health team ‘chaplain’ was able to
preach at both prisons to about 100 prisoners after the health presentation on Acoholism.
We aslo showed the short movies “The Reforned Father”. This is the story about a
Mongolian with alcohol addiction come to know the Lord and the power that changes his
life around

• The Tolgoi Good News church leader’s plan to plant a new cell group for the Bayandawa
section, next to Teeverchidin section where the church is.
• The plan to visit Enkhal twice monthly, and Barung Buren once a month to disciple new
believers and help the cell groups to grow.
• Our plan to teach Abundant Life and train cell group leaders in prison.
• Medical license application made no progress thus far.
• Pray that our children Josiah, Gabriel and Jubilee will continue to walk closely with the
Lord and experience His presence in their lives. Josiah plans to study at Fullerton State
University for Master in TESOL.

Pieter is teaching “Issues in Missions”. He is also mentoring a couple of students one on one

Haniki will be speaking at the Women’s group at Neighborhood Church in Redding at the end of

We will also host the students of the Asian Club at Simpson in our home for their monthly

We are mentoring a group of students who will be travelling to Peru during the spring break. We

Prison Ministry started at the 2 prisons in Darhan this month. We began the health seminar at both places with the topic on “Healthy Heart” , held clinic at one prison. We were able to share the Gospel and pray for the prisoners.
Our monthly ministry at Inkhtal continues well. Praise God for a safe trip last time. The ferry stops operating during the winter months, we had to use an alternative dirt road to get to Inkhtal and it took us 4 hours to get there instead of 1h30min. One person accepted Christ and came back to attend the Abundantly Life class.

Praise God for the opportunities we have to build intentional relationships with students in the Grain of Wheat English program.
Praise God for how he is working in the lives of the Mongolian staff and their marriages. Praise God for the professional contacts we have developed through the UBean coffee house.

The application for Nghia medical license still needs one more document: special permission from Enkhtal hospital. We got this document but it was expired, so now we are waiting again for that document to be renewed. Pray that we will be able to get this document soon.
We plan to have our Christmas Celebration at Tolgoi Church on December 11, we have sent out the invitation to the neighbors in Tolgoi area. Pray that many will show up to celebrate with us and have a chance to hear about the birth of Christ, our Savior. Pray for the church members who participating in the Bible Mememory Contest, that they will learn the words well and really understand the meaning of LOVE in 1Corinthian 13. Pray for Nghia and 2 other church leaders, they are currently in S.Gobi area ministering to the churches in Zaminguud and Hanbodg. Pray for safe travel (long hours on dusty, bouncy road) and good health. Full report on our next Monthly Prayer Request.
Pray for our children, Josiah, Gabriel and Jubilee that they will continue to walk closely with the Lord and for our health and safety travel during these cold and icy winter months.

THE LORD’S PRESENCE. More Lord! We pray He would fill us to overflowing on all those around us during lots of transitions!
MOVING to our new home. The family we bought our new home from is moving to Kazakstan but cannot leave until they receive their daughter’s passport. They will remain in the home with us for a few days until they move in with some relatives at the end of the week. Please pray for continued friendships with this gracious family.
FIXING up our house. Please pray as a small crew of 5 Kazakh guys break off existing mud and apply 4 layers of mud and paint the interior of our house and put mud and red bricks on the outside and install a new roof. Pray for opportunities to build relationships.
PEACE in RELATIONSHIPS! Moving with deadlines is bringing up many cultural differences. Pray we can be full of peace and show love in the midst of misunderstanding and communication difficulties! Pray for understanding and supernatural language abilities.
KIDS. Please pray for our kids adjustment to a new home and new friends.
TRAVEL to Ulaanbaatar. We will be traveling to the capital at the end of the month to connect with the rest of our team and to change Eli’s passport. Please pray we will be able to find a place to stay, ease with the Embassy and quickly receive his passport back, great time with our team, and funds for a short family vacation.
ADOPTION. We praise Him for the patience He gives as you pray! There are still investigations being done to finish the paperwork in Ethiopia. Please pray that the courts will accept the gathered information and that all paperwork would be completed. Continue to pray for patience. We really want to go to Africa this fall so that we can bring her home before Christmas and before her 7th birthday in January.

Brent and Lisa Liberda – Home Assignment
-Pray for good visits with friends and family as we travel to Minnesota, New Mexico, and Colorado Springs through the end of July.
-Pray for our time at HAMS this month, that it will give us good insight into how to minister here in the States while we are here for the year, and pray for the kids as they stay with friends while we are away for the week.
-Pray for the kids as they make many adjustments and say hello and good-bye to lots of friends and family. Pray that they will be well prepared for attending a new and different school. We are blessed that they will be able to attend a Christian school, but it will be very different from what they’ve been accustomed to for the past four years at the MK school in Darhan.
-Praise and thanks for all your prayers! We have a place to live for the year, a car, and a school for the kids. These were all uncertainties a month ago. God is faithful to provide abundantly above what we could ask or imagine.
-Pray for Brent as he prepares for a missions tour starting mid-September in the Central District.

Richel and Melody Maraat – Ulaanbaatar
1. Thank God for answering our prayers for our son Adrian. He is now enrolled in a university here in Bacolod City, Philippines. The Lord has graciously provided a place for him to stay and has also provided for his school fees for the first semester.
2. We praise God for a fruitful time home. God gave us opportunities to minister to our home church, to other churches and to share about what He is doing in Mongolia. We also thank God for time spent with family and friends and for moments of rest and recreation.
3. We thank God that we have been granted a religious visa!
4. Please pray for God’s protection as we travel back to Mongolia on the 2nd week of July.
5. As we go through another transition in our family life and ministry, please pray that God will work in each of our hearts and help us to grow deeper in our knowledge of Him.

We praise and thanks the Lord for His guidance, protection, and abundant blessing to us during the past year while we were on home assisgnment. God truly has supplied all our needs, answered our prayer requests to the details, and restored our spirit and strength.
Prayer Request
Pray for our family as we will go back to Mongolia on July 7, 2011 . Pray that all our luggage, with medical supplies for the health project, will arrive with us safely, without any hassle at the airport.
Pray that God will give us wisdom to plan how we will work with health project in this term. We will need to re-apply for medical license and permit to run the health clinic. Pray that we will get the favor from the authorities and able to get all the needed documents without much delay.
Pray for our health. Nghia has a nagging cough for a few weeks now. He is getting better. Pray for a complete healing touch from the Lord.
Josiah is looking for a part time job around La Mirada.
Gabriel is teaching English in Taiwan this Summer until the end of August. He will be a sophomore at Biola University this fall.
Jubilee will go with us to Mongolia then leave for Taichung, Taiwan in August to attend Morrison Academy. Pray for her to adjust well to the new school and to be far away from us for the 1st time. And pray for us too since our nest is empty.

Praise for:
The time we can spend with family and friends in South Africa. For the opportunity to help Anri and Sonja and for us to be a family again, and to be part of their lives. Please pray for both of them, they are both having to make big decisions which will influence their future in studies and work. We are just so glad that we can help them during this very stressful time.
A successfull aplication for our visas for our stay in the States. We will be at Simpson University for the next year until the end of May 2012 during which Pieter will be teaching at the University.
Good health. We went for a comprehensive check-up in Korea before coming to South Africa, and we were so grateful for only a few small “problems”.

He was quite dismissive of us – so I don’t think God is opening that door right now.

-that this ending week for Malachi, Isaiah, and Levi and then my last 3 weeks with Annika and Toby will be really good ones.

2. FITNESS MINISTRY
Pray for Mighty Men’s classes in the evenings. It is planting season so many of the guys are really tired!
Pray for Women’s class in the mornings. Usually 3-5 women come to workout with Krista for a boot camp style aerobics class in our tiny room with limited equipment.
Pray for the other foreigners here in town that come and workout in the morning before the women’s class.
Pray for a potential partnership with a local school. They plan to start building a new basketball court, soccer field, bleachers and a fitness building this month. We are praying about providing equipment and in return using their space for our fitness club in the evenings.
3. LANGUAGE STUDY
Praise Him!!! Krista’s language teacher is professing faith and learning more everyday. Pray for Krista as she hopes to disciple her this summer with hopes to start a study with other women as well.
4. ADOPTION
We finally got word from the orphanage director. Unfortunately, the director has been battling with the government on behalf of our daughter (and adoption in general). Although this has caused many delays, it seems that everything is panning out. There is still one more piece of paperwork that needs to be signed by the local government before our file is sent to the capital in Addis.
Basically this means that we have no idea how long it will be before we get court dates. PLEASE PRAY!
I am encouraged when I imagine angels charging down from heaven every time we pray on behalf of our daughter, Acacia, and all the other children in Ethiopia! Praise Him that He is a Victorious WARRIOR and He is sending Armies of Angels to fight injustice! (Isa 42)

Jason and Ruth Lee – Ulaanbaatar
1. Praise the Lord for His wonderful provision! We set up a school near the airport, a village called, “Nisx”. Please pray for Amaraa, the school director for Nisx CAMA School. She is a new believer and she has already reached out to her family. Please pray for the house church and the school to grow.
2. Please pray for Deegi and Migaa at “Amgalant School” and Yrnaa and Aegii at “6th Xoroo School”. Pray that the school will continue to grow and that the house church will reach out to their community. We have over 30 people attending the Amgalant House Church. We will begin a Sunday School for the children in coming week.
3. Please pray for Peter, Hanuel and Angel. Please pray for the goodness in their hearts and kindness toward Mongolian children.
4. Please pray for Ruth’s dad as he continues to recover from the stroke. Please pray for Ruth’s mom and younger sister who are taking care of him. Pray for wisdom, strength, health and lots of patience.
5. Please pray for Hawaiian team who will be coming in June to help us with our first VBS. We are expecting about 60 children from our CAMA schools to attend a week long VBS. Please pray for the Holy Spirit to touch our children’s hearts so that they can reach out to their families. Please pray for wisdom as they plan ahead.

· Pray that the biblical counseling ministries will grow in our absence in the following year. Pray for a cooperative effort among those trained for this ministry, and that they will impact lives and build Christ’s church here in Mongolia.
· Pray for the Nig Dovniihon church Men’s fellowship, and for its leader, Dawaajargal. Pray for encouragement as he moves into ministry with greater responsibilities as an elder in the Nig Dovniihon church.
· Pray for the Nig Dovniihon church children’s ministry teachers as Lisa has her final meeting with them. Pray that they will be encouraged to carry on in the coming year and that the children’s ministries will grow.
· Pray for our team as many families come from and leave for home assignment in the coming year.
· Pray for all the preparations that remain to be done for our year of home assignment (finding a home, school for our children to attend, packing up apartment in Mongolia).
· Pray for our children as they transition from Mongolia back to life in the US.

Nghia and An-hoa Pham – Home Assignment (USA)
Praise God
We had a busy month : Nghia took an Acupuncture Review course in San Diego for 3 days. We had good reunion time with Nghia’s older brother’s family coming from Germany to California for a 10 days visit. Nghia went on to visit Harrisburg Vietnamese Alliance Church (4/8-4/10), then took a 6 days Family Practice Review Course in Lancaster, PA (4/10-4/15). He then visited Lancaster Vietnamese Alliance Church (4/17). Our whole family then flew to Charlotte (N. Carolina) to be with the Vietnamese AOG Church during Easter (4/21-4/26). Praise God for all the details which worked out well. We are tired now but are glad to have the opportunity to meet many wonderful Christians in the East Coast, and to share with them about the work in Mongolia.
Prayer Request
We are still on tour with 4 more churches to visit: Fountain Valley, Camarillo, Grace Alliance (San Jose) and North Hollywood. Pray that we will finish well. Please continue to pray with us that God will raise up many Vietnamese international workers in the future from our current effort.
We will attend Council meeting in Kansas City, MO from May 23-29. Pray for a time of spiritual renewal to be ready to go back to Mongolia.
Pray for our preparation to return to Mongolia in July. We begin to buy, pack, and looking for way to ship medical supplies ahead to Mongolia.
Pray for our visa to Mongolia, our vision and plan the work there during the next three years.
Our daughter, Jubilee, will leave home for the first time to attend boarding school in Taiwan this fall. Gabriel is finishing his 1st year at Biola University and Josiah is seeking God’s guidance for his future plan.

We arrived safely in Korea. Tomorrow, We are visiting our Mongolian fellow worker near south part of Korea. Gombo ( Previous Erdent leader)will lead her factory cell group over there.
1) Praise the Lord for Zaminwood church and Hanbold church; they are growing even though lots of issues are going on.
2) Pray for Tegshe who will visit Baynhogor and Ondorhan group next week. Pray that God will give wisdom to serve the new believers
3) Pray for 3 workers who are factory workers in Korea. They are willing to continue to serve the Lord in Korea( Gombo, Sansar, Sukee). We will meet them this week.
